Release of MyService 2.5.1

  • The font size in the return visit report is increased.
  • The Street field is renamed to Street, town.

Release of MyService 2.5.0

  • User types are introduced. You can now specify whether you are a publisher, regular pioneer, or special pioneer/missionary. This feature removes the need to enter the required hours in addition to the monthly goal when the compensated time feature is enabled. The user type can be specified in the User Information window.
  • Apostrophes can now be used in text fields.
  • The monthly report now also shows the total number of hours in compensated time.
  • Minor fixes in code and documentation.

Welcome to MyService

MyService is a software tool for Jehovah's Witnesses that helps recording detailed field ministry information. With MyService you can do the following:

  • Record time spent in field ministry.
  • Record the number of magazines, books, and brochures placed in field ministry.
  • Record detailed information on return visits and Bible studies.
  • Keep track of your magazine route.
  • Generate various reports based on data stored in the system.
  • Set reminders for persons that have not been visited within a specified number of days.
  • Set monthly goals and keep track of your progress.
  • Record time in compensated activities, such as construction work or part-time work in Bethel.

System Requirements

MyService is designed to run only on PC systems with the Microsoft Windows operating system. It has been tested on Windows 98/2000/XP/Vista. MyService does not run on mobile phones or smartphones.

If any errors are displayed when running MyService, try installing the following software:

  • Jet 4.0 Service Pack 8 or later

  • Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) 2.8 or later

In addition, make sure that your Windows regional settings correspond to the installed MyService language version; otherwise, special characters may not be displayed correctly.
